Chef Adam Moore Australian Grassfed Beef Slider with “The Lot”

"The Lot" relish really makes this Australian grassfed beef slider POP.


2 ounces Australian ground grassfed beef 80/20

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 each cheddar cheese, sliced

1 each 3" Martin’s potato slider bun, toasted

1 Tablespoon ETA BBQ sauce

1 Tablespoon mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons iceberg lettuce, shredded



1 teaspoon lacto fermented beet, small dice

1 teaspoon roasted pineapple, small dice

1 teaspoon ripe tomato, small dice


  1. On a flat top preheated to 400F, smash beef to form a patty. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook until golden brown and top with cheese.

  3. Drizzle the bottom of a toasted slider bun with the BBQ sauce, top with the beef patty, iceberg lettuce, relish and more BBQ.
