Coming off of our Australia Day festivities, we’re still enjoying some of our favorite bits from the day. ICYMI, we went for a Guinness World Record for the largest virtual dinner party – more on that later – and it included appearances from some of our favorite chef mates.
One of those is Renee Scharoff of Blonde on the Run catering; she had to tackle a mystery box of ingredients and cook up something fit for a special occasion. The results were delicious! Her dish, “Aussie Lamb Chops with Spiced Yogurt, Roasted Chickpeas and Golden Raisin Curry Vinaigrette” looks gorgeous on the plate – something of a signature of Renee’s, we’d say. And she managed to work in both vegemite and Rosella fruit chutney!
