A delicious and easy way to prepare a classic cut of tenderloin beef.
1 cup Australian Grassfed Beef Tenderloin, seared and minced
Berbere seasoning, as desired
Nigella butter, as desired
Kosher salt, as desired
12 whole grain crackers
Microchive, as desired
1 cup braised collard greens
Smoked paprika, as desired
Egyptian star flower, to garnish
To serve: Toss tenderloin with berbere seasoning, nigella butter and salt. Place on crackers with micro chives and collard greens. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with star flower.
