Our good mates at J.Gilberts Wood Fired Steaks + Seafood recently ran a special on this gorgeous Australian grassfed beef carpaccio appetizer. It features prime Australian grass-fed beef, crisp fried jalapenos & capers, baby green salad, white truffle oil, and parmesan garlic sauce. It was even featured on the cover of Flavor & the Menu magazine! Here’s what Chef Michael Slavin had to say about it:
